Shipping is included with our variety boxes except when shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. When purchasing separate cuts, shipping is not included and will be calculated separately.
We ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Our perishable products are shipped in an insulated box, packed with dry ice during warm seasons, via UPS overnight to ensure freshness.
No, but we do encourage someone to be close so the package can be brought inside and properly stored in the refrigerator or freezer within a timely fashion.
We recommend no longer than a couple of hours. Especially if the box is placed in direct sunlight.

Because our products are perishable, we employ the highest shipping standards. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we regrettably cannot accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with our product, or your package was damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damaged product and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you. AHBEEF retains the right to investigate any claim we deem to be unfounded or fraudulent.
Yes, if they haven’t been sitting out for an extended period of time. If the meat arrives frozen, partially froze, or thawed and cool to the touch, it remains safe to eat within seven days or may be refrozen. If your order arrives thawed and is not cool to the touch, please contact us to discuss next steps.
